1. What does the 0.3x rate on a group card mean?

This is the group’s pricing multiplier. It shows how much platform balance is consumed for each 1 USD of official model usage. Example
A 0.3x group means that when the official model price is $1, you only consume 0.3 platform balance.
The lower the multiplier, the lower the usage cost. Different groups can have different multipliers.

2. How is the actual charge calculated?

Actual charge = official model price in USD × group multiplier
Example If an official API call costs $0.50 and your group multiplier is 0.3x, the actual charge is:
$0.50 × 0.3 = 0.15 platform balance
You can inspect the detailed charge for each request in the usage records section of the console.

3. What is the difference between groups?

Groups may differ in:
  • Pricing multiplier
  • Supported models
  • Stability and speed
For most users, the recommended default group is the best place to start. If you need stricter stability guarantees, choose a more specialized group.

4. Can I create multiple API keys?

Yes. You can create multiple keys on the API Keys page for different projects or workflows. All keys share the same account balance.

5. How do you keep the service stable?

We use several measures:
  • continuous monitoring
  • capacity planning
  • failover and recovery workflows
  • ongoing performance optimization for high-frequency development use cases

6. How do I purchase balance?

The old coupon-based purchase flow has been removed. You can now pay directly by QR code and receive balance automatically. You can open the purchase page in two ways:
  1. Use the Recharge now button in the console
  2. Visit https://smew.ai/get-subscription
After payment, your balance is credited automatically.

7. Can I request an invoice?

Yes. We recommend requesting an invoice after the balance has been fully consumed. If an invoice has already been issued and the payment later needs to be reversed for user-side reasons, the related tax cost may need to be borne by the user.

8. How do I contact support?

For account, recharge, or refund questions, contact after-sales support.
For installation or environment setup problems, contact technical support.
